Elyzur terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed through Elyzur. Elyzur is an Australian business (ABN 69 783 795 361). Contact us at elyzur.business@gmail.com with questions about an order.

Products and prices
Product prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. We are not currently registered for GST and do not add GST to our prices. Product availability, details and prices may change. We aim to describe items accurately; colours may appear different on different screens.

Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected items. We may contact you if an item is unavailable or if a listing contains an error. If we cannot supply an item you paid for, we will refund that item. Please provide accurate delivery and contact details so we can process your order.

Delivery and returns
We currently ship to Australia only. Our Shipping policy explains charges and delivery arrangements. Our Return and refund policy explains our no-change-of-mind policy and how to contact us about a problem with an item.

Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our Privacy policy explains how customer information is handled.
